Our friends at the Lyndon House Arts Center have an exhibition opening this weekend, with a free reception on Saturday, May 23, from 2 to 4 p.m. Works by members of the Athens/Atlanta area Dogwood Chapter of the Embroiderers' Guild of America featuring needlework of many types will be on display at the Lyndon House from Saturday through July 18. And, of course, don't forget our Family Day at the State Botanical Garden of Georgia the same day. The times don't overlap, so you can even squeeze in a nap in between.
