Current week - Activities/Issues:
New Gallery / Connector
• Poured Gallery Slab on Grade
• Installed sheathing at the exterior gallery walls.
• Installed spray fireproofing and spray insulation.
• Continued to erection connector steel.
• Continued with connector roof decking.
• Continued to waterproof and backfill the concrete retaining walls.
Existing Building Renovations
• Changed the temporary chilled water lines to new lines for 1st floor mechanical room.
Storage Bar
• Completed mass excavation to subgrade.
• Formed and poured 2/3 of the concrete footings.
Next week - Activities/Issues:
New Gallery / Connector
• Complete the sheathing of the exterior gallery walls.
• Mobilize roofing materials and begin sheathing and vapor barrier.
• Start spray fireproofing at the gallery parking area.
• Complete the exterior wall air barrier mock-up.
• Install shoring needed to complete connector tie-into existing building.
• Start the grading and drainage systems at the sculpture garden.
Existing Building Renovations
• Continue to demo / relocating the existing building systems.
Storage Bar
• Finish storage bar concrete footing/foundations.
• Start forming and pouring concrete retaining walls.
Storage bar mass excavation and footing excavation
Retaining wall waterproofing and backfill
Exterior sheathing/spray insulation and fireproofing
