Here's the latest construction update from Holder, for the week ending April 9, 2010:

Current week - Activities/Issues:
New Gallery / Connector
· Complete framing walls; soffits ongoing
· Turn on HVAC units in gallery
· MEP trim out gallery ceiling
· Framing hard ceiling connector
· Interior brick in connector

Existing Building Renovations
· Continue brick demo at east entry
· Tape and finish walls and ceilings
· Continue priming interior walls

Storage Bar
· Framing interior walls

Next week - Activities/Issues:
New Gallery / Connector
· MEP trim out ongoing
· Start electrical floor boxes
· Prime walls/ceilings in gallery

Existing Building Renovations
· Complete brick demo at new east entry
· Start east entry structure steel
· Continue priming interior walls
· Install storage bar exterior stair
· Install roof at east entry

· Finish MEP overhead rough-in
· Install 3rd floor ceiling grid and complete demo of all floors
· Frame 2nd floor interior walls
