Construction updates from Holder

Here are the updates from Holder for the past two weeks.

Week ending on 5/21:

New Gallery/Connector

• Installing wood flooring in gallery
• Installing terrazzo flooring in connector
• Final water test for skylights

Existing Building Renovations

• Continue to finish painting existing walls
• Installing millwork/shelving
• Complete east entry revisions

Storage Bar

• Repaired spray fire proofing
• Coated the fireproofing
• MEP trim out

Site/Sculpture Garden

• Poured stairs, ramps and walk pads
• Excavating cistern

Week ending on 5/28:

New Gallery/Connector

• Sanding and finishing wood flooring in gallery
• Installing floor expansion joint in connector
• Finishing terazzo base and grout

Existing Building Renovations

• Continue to finish painting existing walls
• Installing millwork/shelving
• MEP final trim out
• Installing doors and hardware

Storage Bar

• Completed the repairing of spray fire proofing
• Continue MEP trim out

Site/Sculpture Garden

• Poured stairs, ramps and walk pads and continued installing planting beds
• Completed excavating of cistern

• Installing handrails on connector stairs
• Start painting structural steel
• Finish terrazzo

Existing Building Renovations

• Fireproof structural steel on east entry
• Continue interior wall framing of east entry
